When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
PawTale reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion.
Your order is not accepted until PawTale confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, particularly all personalization details, as PawTale may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellation requests after production has begun.
If we do not accept, modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided when the order was placed.
Your purchases are subject to returns, refunds or exchanges solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Personalized PawTale orders typically require 2–4 business days of processing time before shipment.
Estimated shipping times are:
United States: 5–8 business days
Australia: 7–10 business days
Shipping times begin after the processing period has been completed.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
PawTale is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect delivery information or other events outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations and procedures.
Where permitted by applicable law, title and risk of loss may pass to you once the product is transferred to the carrier.
